The past life that is show is relative to the current situation and navigated from the point of the core issue until the death scene to gain clarity about what happened. You will need an over the ear head set with an extended mic so the cords and wires do not affect the communicaition or get caught up so that you can not be heard.  Be in a quiet place where you will not be bothered or effected by anything or anyone; family, pets, phone, work.  Have a recliner or bed to lay on.  Have a laptop or computer near you so that zoom can be seen both ways and I can see your face at all times.  Head set must be plugged into the computer or laptop.   Cell phone is not acceptable equiptment for a zoom session.

The online session is conducted through zoom or distance at the time of the session.  You can be but you do not have to be stationary while the session is taking place.  It is all energy and can be received at anytime.  What matters is that you take time to relax on that day, set your intention and allow the process.  If you prefer a zoom session, you will need to prepare your space so that you are laying down in a place that you will not be disturbed for 60 min.  Have the computer or laptop pointed at you and head phones on with a extended microphone of some sort so that two way conversation can be made.  If you are not wanting a zoom session, I will setup a time with you for the transfer of energy and you can choose when to receive it; at that time or at another time in the day or night.

That depends on several factors.  But most times it is just one.  We can book additional sessions if you have multiple things going on in your life that are not resolved within the first session.  There may be times that you are blocked from working on one thing and we might not be able to get to it until we work on another area first.  So multiple sessions may be needed.

Once you book your appointment time and pay for a session.  I will send you a form to fill out and return to me ASAP before the session.  If you do not return it we will not be able to have the session until you do.  The purpose in the form is to ensure you understand the process and what is required of you as you come to get a session.  Yes, the form has to be sent back via email even if you are doing an in person session.  Do not wait until the last min. to complet the form.  Once I have the form and review it, I will confirm your appionment and the next steps which will be depending on if it is in person or distance zoom.

Energy healing is best utilized with several sessions starting with 2/3 sessions within the first week and then gradually expanding the time in between the session and then maintaining healing at least monthly or quarterly.  As the energy is progressive and acculative it transcends the energy faster and you will be able to see results.  Over time you will be able to see the results.

Anything of the present or past that is currently affecting you in any way that is not helping you to thrive and live a life of happiness and genuality.   Intropective Hypnosis helps with many things such as: phobias, toxic relationships, fears, sorrows, anorexia, bulimia, low self esteem, lack of self love, insecurity, migraines, obesity, night mares, reacurring dreams, obsessions, allergies, addictions, promiscuity and so forth.  Regardless of what is the intention of the session do not have any expectations.  What we might feel is important to work on might not happen during this session, the session might go in a whole different direction or we might not get to it each topic depending on the other areas that are being worked on.

That depends upon the medication and the reason for the medication.  It is fine as long as you have talked to your medical provider and gotten clearance from then that you are attending the session. I will send you a form to be filled out by your medical provider that will need to be sent back to me ASAP before the session.  Mind and emotional altering drugs of any kind are not allowed including perscribed and unprescribed (alcohol and marijuana) as you will need these facilties during the session.
